Adding Mobile Card to Apple Wallet
To add your Mobile ID to Apple Wallet, you'll need to download the Transact eAccounts Mobile app from the App Store. This is a straightforward process that requires a few taps on your screen.
First, open the App Store and search for Transact eAccounts. Once you've downloaded the app, open it and click through the startup screens to get started. You'll then need to search for your college or university and click through to your Mobile ID login screen.
To authenticate your device, you'll need to enter your school credentials. If you haven't set up your school credentials, please visit your school website for the 'Photo Submission/Preparation' process. This is a one-time step that will allow you to use your Mobile ID on your iPhone or Apple Watch.
Once you've successfully authenticated in eAccounts, click the Add to Apple Wallet button to add your Mobile ID to Apple Wallet. You can add your student ID to one iPhone and one Apple Watch.
Here's a step-by-step guide to adding your Mobile ID to Apple Wallet:
1. Download the Transact eAccounts Mobile app from the App Store

Device Setup
To get started with adding your GET Mobile Card to Apple Wallet, you'll need to set up your device first.
First, have a photo submitted and approved, then download the GET app and sign in to open it. Next, tap on Add to Apple Wallet to follow the steps to add your WildCard Mobile ID. You can also use the GET app to add your Mobile ID to your new iPhone or Apple Watch.
To remove your WildCard Mobile ID from your old device, go to the Apple Wallet app and remove the pass. Once removed, you can add your pass to the new device using the GET app. If you're using Express Mode (iPhone 6s or later), your WildCard Mobile ID won't be displayed with other cards in Apple Wallet for security reasons.
Here are the general steps to set up your device:
- Have a photo submitted and approved.
- Please follow the instructions to set up multi-factor authentication with Duo Mobile if you do not already have Duo Mobile set up.
- Download, sign-in and open the GET app
- Tap on Add to Apple Wallet
- Follow the steps to add your WildCard Mobile ID to your Apple Wallet
Alternatively, you can also use the Transact eAccounts Mobile app to set up your Mobile ID on your iPhone or Apple Watch. Here are the steps:
- Download the Transact eAccounts Mobile app from the App Store to your phone.
- Open Transact eAccounts. Click through the startup screens and tap Get Started.
- Search for your college or university and click through to your Mobile ID login screen.
- Enter your school credentials to authenticate your device.
- Once you have successfully authenticated in eAccounts, click the Add to Apple Wallet button to add your Mobile ID to Apple Wallet.
Wildcard Mobile in Wallet
Wildcard Mobile ID in Apple Wallet is an initiative that lets your iPhone and Apple Watch take on the functionality of your WildCard ID.
You can use your iPhone or Apple Watch at most locations where you can swipe your card. If you're using an Android device, you'll need to use the GET app to access your WildCard ID.
Your preferred name should be displayed on the WildCard ID in your Apple Wallet, as long as you're using an Apple device. If you're using Android, we're currently working with the vendor to update the interface.
To reactivate a found device that was suspended via iCloud.com, follow the instructions. If your device was deactivated by the WildCard ID office, you can contact them during Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. ET.
Express Mode is turned on by default, which means you don't have to do anything extra to use it. If you're not using Express Mode, you'll need to authenticate each time you access your phone.

To use a boarding pass on your Apple Watch, simply open it. You can then scan or tap the display at the contactless reader, or present it to the attendant.
You might be able to use Express Mode with some passes and tickets in the Wallet app, but you'll need to check if it's available for your specific pass.
How to Use a Boarding Pass
Using a boarding pass on your iPhone is a breeze. To start, open your pass and authenticate if needed.
If you have multiple payment cards linked, tap your default payment card to view your other cards. Then, tap your boarding pass, ticket, or other pass to access it.
You'll need to scan or tap your iPhone at the contactless reader, or present it to the attendant.
Using a Boarding Pass on Your Watch
To use a boarding pass on your Apple Watch, you'll need to open it first. Open your pass by tapping on it in the Wallet app.
You can scan or tap the display of your Apple Watch at the contactless reader. This is a convenient way to present your boarding pass without having to dig out your phone or paper ticket.
Express Mode is available with some passes and tickets in the Wallet app. This feature allows you to use your boarding pass without having to unlock your device.
You might need to unlock your device to show your pass or ticket before scanning or tapping it.
