My favorite Doctor Who companion has to be Martha Jones. I know she's not always the first person that comes to mind when you think of Doctor Who, but she definitely deserves recognition.

Not only was Martha a wonderful addition to the Doctor Who cast in her own right, but what really stands out to me is her strong sense of self and unshakeable faith in The Doctor even when everyone else had their doubts (especially in Season 3). She serves as an intense form of moral support for The Doctor when it looks like all hope is lost, and since he suffers alone so often it is exceptionally cathartic whenever Martha does step up and show him kindness or compassion. Whenever I watch those episodes, I'm immediately reminded why she's such a great companion!

Martha also represented something different than most companions before - she was an everyday woman who could inspire hope wherever she went with her bright optimism despite being a relative outsider at first. No matter where she ended up - on earth or in space-she never gave into despair and fight tirelessly against any adversity they faced. All this combined with her unflinching conviction towards the cause makes her one of the most unsung heroes behind The Doctors epic journeys!

Most people will agree that Doctor Who has some of the best companions ever, and while they are all unique, there is one companion in particular who I can relate to on an almost uncanny level; Martha Jones.

Martha experienced a lot of heartache during her time aboard the TARDIS and had plenty of doubts along the way. To me, she felt like a well-rounded person with real emotions. She didn't always have the answers or know what to do, but she was brave enough to keep going despite her fear or doubt. During difficult moments in life I often think about what Martha would do – stay true to myself no matter how hard things get!

Another trait we share is our curiosity for knowledge and memory for details – when studying as a medical student and taking care of strange creatures from other planets it pays to be observant! As someone passionate about learning new skills every day I could definitely use some helpful tips from Martha.

Finally, both Martha and myself have an affinity for the arts! It's not just Doctor Who that features music by Martha – during our time together she wrote several beautiful songs for us both – something that always brings joy into my own life as well (I've composed my own theme song)! These shared traits make me feel close to this incredible character even though we are worlds apart. Who knows? Maybe one day we'll finally meet face-to-face!

I identify most with Donna Noble, the Tenth Doctor's companion. I connect with her because she is strong and independent, yet has a deep capacity to care for others. She just wants to do what is right while having a great sense of humour at the same time.

Donna also has no prior exposure to time travel or aliens when we first meet her and that tells me that anyone can get thrown into extraordinary situations if they have courage and strength. When facing danger, she’s not afraid to stand up for herself but she’s also capable of understanding alien opinions if given a chance – she doesn’t immediately give into fear or hatred or jump to conclusions about other species like some other human companions do.

Plus, Donna never waivers from being true to herself no matter what line of extraordinary adventures the Doctor takes her on – this is especially important when travelling space and time! She stands firm as an individual who won't be pushed around easily but always remains loyal while bringing absolute joy & laughter every step of the way - even saving the world!

So naturally I find myself relating more with Donna Noble than any other Doctor Who companion; her optimism in dire times encourages me greater courage in life's toughest moments as there usually always are hope even in dark places. As such I strive each day for greater self- assurance and determination just like our favourite valuable companion from Chiswick - simply put: it's hard not be inspired by this amazing lady!

If I had to pick one Doctor Who companion who I think is the strongest, it would be Rose Tyler, who starred in the show from 2005 - 2006. Rose was not just a companion of The Doctor, she was his muse and confidant. She was courageous and brave when it came to battle as well as being fiercely loyal to The Doctor.

Rose overcame numerous obstacles and enemies presented by The Doctor's various adventures throughout time and space – often displaying features such as strength of character, resourcefulness and even compassion (especially with the famous "Bad Wolf"). This makes her one of the strongest companions in an often volatile environment filled with danger.

What makes Rose Tyler so special is that she does not let anything rein her in when it comes a fight for what is right – even if she has no superpowers or weapons at hand, she stands up against danger regardless. In fact, when faced with her family being turned into statues by an alien race wishing to take control of Earth (in "The Parting Of Ways"), Rose shows remarkable courage by activating The Nemesis device which destroys all evil around them - saving Earth in the process!

Ultimately, Rose Tyler embodies strength in many forms; physical bravery, loyalty & friendship and initiative during difficult situations. All these qualities make her my pick for ‘Strongest Companion’ on Doctor Who!

If I had the opportunity to be friends with any Doctor Who companion, it would have to be Captain Jack Harkness. He's an immortal con man, a time traveling adventurer and a great friend of The Doctor.

Jack has seen and done so much in his life that he truly has something interesting to talk about at every meal. Whether its details about ancient cultures he visited or stories of epic battles against impossible foes, Jack is always ready to entertain you with tales of his grand adventures. With his magnetic personality and never-ending optimism, Jack is certainly someone you want around when times get tough. His cheerful outlook on life can help bring a positive outlook in the darkest times even if it's just a brief respite of joy before continued struggles await us both.

Jack's experience as an adventurer also makes him invaluable when planning our next outing together - never leaving anything to chance! He may not always follow The Doctors orders like some companions do but he will find ways for us both to have fun while staying safe from harm in the process. It's like having your own version of James Bond being there for moral support! I'm sure between this duo we can find plenty of fun things cooking up despite all that stands in our way!

Aside from the friendship I know will grow between us on our misadventures, what I appreciate most about Jack Harkness is how deeply he cares for those around him; especially when it comes to their safety and well-being during their travels through time and space…the kindest thing anyone can ask for today or tomorrow!

Although she may initially have been an unwitting passenger who got swept away in some extraordinary happenings upon meeting The Doctor way back in 2005; her sheer tenacity and appetite for adventure soon saw her become an essential part of his TARDIS crew. From stepping onboard spacecrafts belonging to otherworldly creatures looking to colonize planets right through until later reuniting half a universe away after says farewell; Rose is someone who truly encapsulates what it means be adventurous when embarking upon futuristic missions alongside everyone’s favorite Time Lord!

All in all though; both Captain Jack Harkness and Rose Tyler have proven themselves worthy adventurers throughout their travels aboard the famous Police Box -- firmly cementing them as two memorable characters from this British sci-fi show that are most certainly deserving of recognition when answering this question: which companion is the most adventurous?
