Steward Health Care System LLC completed its acquisition of IASIS Healthcare LLC, making it the largest private hospital operator in the U.S.

With 36 hospitals across ten states, including four in Arizona, Steward now oversees a vast network of healthcare facilities. This merger enables Steward to expand its successful physician-led model that prioritizes preventative health and community commitment.
