Enhancements
The BCBSM eBilling tool has undergone enhancements to make it easier for customers to access their billing information. These changes will allow customers to access billing information for all their group divisions under one transaction, rather than entering each group-division number separately.

One of the benefits of this change is that customers will be able to make one payment for all their group divisions. This can be a huge time-saver, especially for those with multiple group divisions.
The enhancements were effective on August 14, 2012, and BCBS has emailed notices to nearly 300 registered eBilling customers who will be affected by this change. This change will require a minor adjustment to the way customers perform the General Search function to search for invoices.
The new feature will initially only be available for invoices generated on or after August 14. Customers can view past invoices under the Summary Label System starting August 30, 2012. If you need to access past invoices before August 30, it's a good idea to print copies before August 14.
The Group Label System has four options: ASC, Direct Pay, Group, and Summary Groups. Following the change, all Group Label System users will be transitioned to Summary Groups. Here are the four Group Label System options:
- ASC
- Direct Pay
- Group
- Summary Groups

One of the best things about eBilling is that it allows you to consolidate bills for all your products, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability. This makes it easier to keep track of your expenses.

eBilling also makes it easy to make payments. You can create and manage payment accounts, pay invoices via one-time electronic funds transfer (EFT), or establish a recurring bank draft. This means you can set up automatic payments to ensure you never miss a payment.
Here are some of the key benefits of eBilling:
- Email notification of invoice status
- Print invoices
- Monthly auto draft option
- Payment tracker
- Create customized reports
- Eliminate paper invoices, checks, postage, and historical filing needs
Market Expansion
