Attention Anthem BCBS members in Indiana, you may be affected by a rate reduction imposed by Anthem on CDI, a high-quality and cost-effective imaging services provider. This reduction is over 30 percent.

You can still use CDI as an out-of-network provider, but it may change how your claim is processed by Anthem, potentially resulting in additional out-of-pocket costs.

CDI will provide you with an up-front estimate based on your coverage and process your claim to ensure you receive the full extent of your out-of-network coverage.
