What Viking deity do you most identify with?

My Viking god of choice would be Tyr, the god of justice and law. I believe in rules and regulations that keep society running smoothly. I'm a fair person who likes to see people get their just desserts, which is one thing that makes me align with Tyr - he always stands up for what is right, even when it's hard or unpopular. I think his strength of character is admirable and inspiring.

Tyr also represents bravery, courage, and self-sacrifice; all qualities that are important in my life as well. His willingness to take risks speaks volumes about his integrity and gives me encouragement to take necessary but difficult action when needed. Furthermore, his spirit of selflessness instills within me an understanding that taking care of others comes first instead of seeking personal gain or glory; ultimately teaching me not to give into temptation and think before acting so as not to hurt someone else through my deeds.

At the end of the day, it's hard not to admire Tyr as a Viking deity since he encourages us all fight for what we believe in without fear or hesitation- something everyone should strive for!

Which Viking legendary hero would you want to be?

If I had the chance to become a Viking legendary hero, I would choose to be Ragnar Lodbrok. He was an extremely brave, strong and wise leader who famously traveled through Europe and along the Mediterranean coast in search of new territories and riches. His impressive strength led him on epic raids across lands as well as masterful battle feats that were inspiring tales of folklore. It is believed that he even struck fear into the hearts of West Francia with his legendary reputation which made him one of the most renowned Viking heroes in Norse mythology.

Ragnar's influence in history means that his skills, both physical and mental, still remain much talked about today - making him a true inspiration for modern-day warriors. The stories of Ragnar’s adventurers are supremely strong because they demonstrate loyalty, courage, intelligence and risk taking – all characteristics which have been admired throughout time. For these reasons alone he is an amazing hero to aspire to so if I had the chance to become him then I wouldn't think twice about it!

What Viking term best describes your personality?

If I were to pick a Viking term that best describes my personality, I would choose the term "Pillager". Pillaging was an activity whereby Vikings would seek to acquire resources from their enemies without necessarily engaging in direct warfare. In much the same way, I often take a creative and outside-the-box approach in gathering what is necessary for success.

In other words, while some may use brute force or direct confrontation to achieve their goals, I prefer to map out my objectives ahead of time and find clever ways around obstacles instead of plowing straight through them. When it comes down to it, this tendency reflects both my independent spirit as well as my strategies for survival - particularly when things get tough or complicated. By staying out of the fray and looking for alternate solutions across different paths, I'm usually able to come away with great results - just like a pillager!

What type of Viking would you be if you lived during the times?

If I were to live during Viking times, I would be a trader-warrior type of Viking.

First off, trading and commerce was an important part of life in the Viking Age and I would be someone who could take advantage of the numerous markets available throughout their networks of raids, explorations, and settlements. Trading in this era could take you many places around Scandinavia and Europe as far away as northern Africa. As a trader-warrior type of Viking, this opportunity to explore unfamiliar terrain while engaging with diverse cultures is something that would fit me perfectly. During trading trips abroad my shipmates would benefit from my cataloging skills; taking inventory to keep track of what we had collected or purchased on our journey. Due to my preference for organized travels and careful planning, it was likely that we would also make some profits as merchants while keeping up our guard!

On board we all have fighting experience with axes or swords but putting on a battle-grade armor or bearing shields made from wood covered by fabric hides gives us a level of safety especially when traveling through unknown waters filled with hidden shoals that can suddenly rock our longboats due to storms ahead. In combat situation though even during cruise voyages its useful tactic pooling everyone’s resources together since united strength takes total count rather than individual courage in defeating enemies much larger than ourselves so playing team strategist might come in handy too over any solo endeavors like taking part in one on one fights against opponents such as Mercians or Saxons seeking opportunities into riches at sea with ambition higher than any treasure chests tempting them may hold! Survivability proved critical when lives stayed gambled beyond reach unless success reached promising levels otherwise withdrawal always had remain possible option fortunately offering second chances where hope for fairer fortunes still retain optimistic promise :/

What would be your Viking name if you were to join a Norse clan?

If I were to join a Norse clan, then my Viking name would be Ulfrun Freya. Ulfrun is derived from the Old Norse word for "wolf" and also contains elements of wolf magic. This name reflects my inner strength, courage and protection. Freya is my homage to the goddess of love, beauty and fertility, which adds grace and balance to the warlike nature of being a Viking warrior.

I would approach life with an unabashed spirit of adventure rooted in respect for people and nature alike. I shirk not away from confrontation nor turn down opportunities that come my way; instead I take them head on with poise as befitting a true Nordic warrior maiden such as myself - Ulfrun Freya!

What Viking saying are you living by?

The Viking motto I am living by is "Live Boldly and with Courage". To me, this reflects the idea that we should live life with a sense of adventure and bravery. To face each challenge head-on and to never be afraid to take risks in order to reach new heights. There’s beauty in being daring enough to explore uncharted territories, even if there are hardships along the way - it only serves as a reminder that you’re pushing boundaries and heading for unique experiences. Through challenging ourselves, we learn more about who we are and become stronger than ever before. So fear not of the unknown and live boldly!
