Amazon's Career Choice program is a game-changer for employees looking to upskill and advance their careers. Amazon employees can participate every year they work at Amazon, and they're eligible after only 90 days of employment.
Amazon has partnered with over 140 national and local universities to provide fully funded college tuition, including Penn State World Campus and nine colleges and universities in Texas. This partnership allows employees to pursue a bachelor's degree, earn industry certifications, and build skills through English-language proficiency and high school completion programs.
Through Career Choice, Amazon employees can access a wide range of programs, including business and business-related fields, health-related fields, information technology and engineering, and liberal arts disciplines. Requesting Amazon Funding
Amazon employees can request funding for tuition through the Career Choice program, which allows them to participate every year they work at Amazon and gives them eligibility after only 90 days of employment.
To initiate a payment voucher, visit Career Choice on A and Z four weeks before the payment deadline.
You'll need to email the PDF voucher form to [email protected] with the term associated with the voucher and your Panther ID for quicker processing.
The sponsor billing team will review the payment request and either approve or deny it.
You'll receive an email from [email protected] once your voucher has been processed, adding a conditional credit on your PAWS account to prevent your classes from purging until GSU receives payment from Amazon.

If your sponsor fails to pay your authorized charges within 60 days of when they are billed, your conditional payment will be removed from your student account and you'll be responsible for paying the unpaid charges.
