The US Agency Payment system offers financial assistance to immigrants through various programs.

Find Unpaid Wages

If you suspect you're owed unpaid wages, you're not alone. The Wage and Hour Division (WHD) enforces key labor laws to protect workers' rights.

The WHD makes every effort to locate and notify employees due back wages. They'll even hold back wages for three years if they can't find the person.

To claim your owed wages, start by searching for your employer in the WOW application. Enter your employer's name to locate your company.

Next, verify your name within the system. The WOW will confirm if they have wages owed to you.

You'll need to provide contact information so the WHD can send you the Back Wage Claim Form and instructions. This is a crucial step.

To complete the process, upload a signed Back Wage Claim Form and supporting documents. You'll receive an email with the form, which you'll need to complete and sign.

After submitting your claim, the WHD will process it within approximately six weeks. You'll receive a check for the owed wages.

Disbursement Requirements

To receive a MAL/LDP disbursement, you'll need to meet certain requirements.

An eligible producer must file an acreage report showing a share in crop on which MAL/LDP is requested.

You'll also need to complete and comply with the AD-1026 form, adhering to Sodbuster/Swamp buster provisions.

Additionally, you must complete the applicable CCC-902 form.

The CCC-941 form must also be completed and filed.

To maintain eligibility, producers must maintain a beneficial interest in the commodity throughout the loan term and/or at the time of LDP request.

Eligible producers can apply for LDP by working directly with the Farm Service Agency (FSA) office at their local USDA Service Center.

Unclaimed Payments

If you're one of the 1 million taxpayers who didn't claim the 2021 Recovery Rebate Credit, you're in luck because the IRS is making special payments to you this month.
