The Solution

Redstone credit union started using OnBase in 2003 for document management and storage. It has since become a mainstay for their process and content modernization efforts.

The credit union saved almost 2,000 hours per year by digitizing its in-branch dispute process with OnBase Unity Forms and Workflow. This eliminated the need for physical signatures and reduced duplicate steps.

Redstone created an online debit card dispute tool, which saved time and improved the member experience. The self-service tool allowed members to dispute a charge in a new, fully digital process.

By automating provisional credits, Redstone generated tremendous benefits for the organization and its members. Here are some specific benefits:

  • Automated provisional credits saved almost 1,100 hours per year and enabled reimbursing members much sooner.
  • Voucher prefills eliminated duplicate entry, saving 757 hours per year.
  • Small balance write-off automated the process, saving 668 hours annually.
