Bank Mergers

Oddo BHF Bank has taken over Privatbank Landolt & Cie, a bank founded in 1780 in Lausanne, Switzerland. This means Landolt & Cie has lost its independence.

The acquisition will make Switzerland the third key market for Oddo BHF, alongside France and Germany. Thierry Lombard and Pierre Landolt, the owners of Landolt & Cie, will become significant shareholders of Oddo BHF with a 4% stake.

Oddo BHF plans to merge its Zurich-based bank with Landolt's bank by the end of the year, aiming to create a platform for the group's expertise in Switzerland.

Pierre Landolt and Thierry Lombard will become shareholders of Oddo BHF and Thierry Lombard will join the supervisory board of the group.
