You can fetch bank statements from Kotak Mahindra Bank and reconcile them in Zoho Books. To do this, go to the Banking tab and select the Kotak Mahindra Bank account.

Bank statements will be refreshed automatically on login. If you want to refresh them manually, click the Settings dropdown near the bank account and click Refresh Feeds.

To view and reconcile statements, go to the Uncategorised Transactions tab and the bank statements will be listed below. You can also click the Settings dropdown near the bank account to refresh the feeds manually.

To configure the bank account for fetching direct feeds, log in to your Zoho Books organisation and go to Settings on the top right corner of the page. Select Payment Gateways under Online Payments and click Configure Bank Feeds under Kotak Mahindra Bank.

The bank account will be listed in your banking overview page with the live feeds indication. You can click it to view the bank statements.

Disabling the Integration

Disabling the Integration can be a bit tricky, but don't worry, it's easy to do.

You'll need to navigate to the Kotak Mahindra Bank section under Vendor Payments.

From there, simply click the Disable button.

Confirm the action by clicking I understand, disable my integration in the pop-up that follows.
