How to Find Bank Statements on Chase App

To find bank statements on the Chase app, you'll need to access your account history. The Chase app allows you to view your account statements for the past 12 months.

First, open the Chase app on your mobile device and log in to your account. Make sure you're using the latest version of the app for a seamless experience.

Once you're logged in, navigate to the "Account" tab and select the account you want to view statements for. From there, you'll see an option to view your account history.

If you have multiple accounts with Chase, you can click the three dots next to the account you wish to view statements for, and a menu of account options will appear. Click "Statements" to choose which statement you wish to view.

To access your statements on the mobile app, sign in to the Chase Mobile app and navigate to the “Profile & Settings” icon in the top right corner of your app. From there, select “Settings” and open the “Account settings” dropdown, then select “Paperless” to see a list of your eligible accounts.

You can then select the accounts you want to receive as paperless statements and choose “Save” at the bottom of the screen. After that, your statements will be paperless, and you can access them just by tapping on “See statements.”

It may take a month or so to stop receiving paper statements in the mail. To stop receiving paper statements, click on the "Profile & Settings" icon in the top right corner of your dashboard, select the "Customize settings" link under "Account Settings", and deselect the document types that you want to receive as printed statements.
