First, open up the Cleo app and tap on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. This will open up the menu.
Next, tap on the "Settings" option.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap on the "Cancel Membership" button.
You'll be taken to a page where you can confirm your cancellation. Once you do, your membership will be successfully cancelled and you won't be charged again!
