Has Jesus Returned Yet?

No, Jesus has not returned yet. But that doesn't mean he never will.

The Bible tells us that Jesus is coming back. It's not a matter of if, but when. No one knows when that will be, but we can be certain that it will happen.

There have been many false claims over the years that Jesus has returned. But each time, it has been proven to be false.

The Bible gives us some clues as to what will happen when Jesus does return. The world will be in a time of great turmoil and destruction. There will be wars and natural disasters.

But in the midst of all this, Jesus will return. He will come to set up his kingdom and to bring peace and justice to the world.

All those who have put their faith in him will be with him in this kingdom. And we will finally be able to live in the way that God intended for us to live.

So even though Jesus hasn't returned yet, we can have hope. We can know that he is coming back. And we can be ready for his return.

There are many signs that indicate that Jesus Christ has indeed returned to Earth as He promised He would. One major sign is the vast increase in knowledge and understanding that has been taking place around the world. There has been an explosion of truth which has been uncovered and revealed in these last days and it is undeniable proof that Jesus is here with us.

Another sign that Jesus has returned is the phenomenal worldwide revival that is currently taking place. This is a spiritual awakening of unprecedented proportions and people from every corner of the globe are coming to know Jesus as their personal Savior. This is surely a sign that the King of Kings is ruling and reigning over His people once again.

The last days will be a time of great tribulation and turmoil but we can be assured that Jesus is with us and will see us through it all. He has promised to never leave us nor forsake us and His Word is true. We can trust Jesus with our lives, our future, and our very eternal souls. He is the only Way, the Truth, and the Life. There is no other way to the Father except through Him.

If you are not sure that Jesus has returned, just take a look around you and see the amazing things that are happening. Look at the world with new eyes and see the hope and the love that is spreading like wildfire. This is a sure sign that our Savior has come back and He is here to stay!

It is difficult to pinpoint exactly when Jesus said he would return, as he spoke about his return on several occasions throughout his ministry. It has been over two thousand years since Jesus Christ is said to have appeared on Earth. For many Christians, this means that the Second Coming – when Jesus will return to Earth to judge the living and the dead – is imminent. So why hasn’t Jesus returned yet?

It is estimated that there are still over a billion people who have not heard of Jesus, let alone had a chance to put their faith in him. This could take a very long time, as there are an estimated seven and a half billion people alive today and not all of them are even aware that they need to repent!

A third explanation is that God is giving us more time to get our act together and live according to his will. This world is full of suffering and injustice, and it could be that God is waiting for us to sort out our mess before Jesus returns.

Whatever the reason, one thing is for sure: Jesus will return. It might not be today, or tomorrow, but he will come back. In the meantime, we must remain faithful, continue to preach the gospel and work for justice in this world.

How will we know when Jesus has returned?

Another clue that is given in scripture is in Revelation 1:7 which says, "Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him, and all tribes of the earth will wail on account of him. Even so. Amen." This verse seems to indicate that Jesus' return will be accompanied by some sort of visible sign, such as the clouds, and that everyone will be able to see him.

For example, if the person claiming to have seen Jesus is someone who has a history of mental illness or drug use, then their claim is less likely to be true. However, if the person is someone who is generally regarded as trustworthy, then their claim is more likely to be true.

Second, we can ask if the person's account of seeing Jesus is consistent with what we see in scripture. If the person claims to have seen Jesus return in a way that doesn't line up with what we see in scripture, then their claim is less likely

In the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus says, "For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be." (Matthew 24:27) Jesus is telling us that his return will be like lightning flashing across the sky. It will be sudden and all-encompassing. Jesus also says in Matthew that no one will know the hour or the day of his return, but that we should always be ready for it. (Matthew 24:36-44)

The Gospel of Mark contains a similar teaching from Jesus. In Mark 13:32-37, Jesus says that no one knows when he will return, but that it will be like a man going on a journey. He leaves his house and puts his servants in charge, each with their own work to do. And he tells them to be ready, because he does not know when he will return. This teaching is in line with what Jesus says in Matthew, that we should always be prepared for his coming.

The Gospel of Luke also contains Jesus' teaching on his return. In Luke 12:39-48, Jesus compares his return to a man who goes away and leaves his house in the care of his servants. He tells them to be ready, because he does not know when he will return. Once again, this teaching agrees with what Jesus says in Matthew.

So what can we learn from Jesus' teaching on his return? First, that it will be sudden and all-encompassing. Second, that we should always be prepared for it, because no one knows when it will happen.

The disciples of Jesus Christ were His closest followers during His time on earth. They traveled with Him, learned from Him, and were witnesses to His miracles. After His death and resurrection, they continued to spread the Good News of the Gospel to the ends of the earth. But throughout it all, they always pondered the question: what did the disciples think about Jesus' return?

The disciples knew that Jesus was special. He was the Son of God, come to save humanity from their sins. He had always talked about His return, even before His death. In fact, His return was a major reason why He had to die in the first place. He needed to go away so that He could come back again and fulfill His promise.

The disciples must have had many discussions between themselves about what Jesus' return would be like. They would have wondered if they would recognize Him, if He would come in power and glory, and what the world would be like when He came again. They would have also wondered what their own role would be in His return.

The disciples had faith that Jesus would return, just as He said He would. They waited and watched, always ready for His coming. And when He finally did return, they were not disappointed. He came in power and glory, just as they had always imagined He would. And they were able to recognize Him and follow Him into His Kingdom.

The disciples' faith was rewarded when they saw Jesus return in all His power and glory. And their waiting was not in vain, for they were given the privilege of being able to follow Him into His Kingdom.

In his letter to the Thessalonians, Paul wrote that Jesus would return "like a thief in the night." He said that when Jesus returns, there will be a time of great tribulation, and that those who are alive at that time will be caught up in the air to meet the Lord. Paul also said that those who have died in Christ will be raised first, and then those who are alive will be caught up together with them to meet the Lord in the air.

John said that Jesus would return soon and that everyone should be prepared. He also said that when Jesus returns, there will be a great battle between good and evil, but that ultimately good will triumph.
