Griffin Newman, who joined Point72 from Brigade Capital Management, worked on his business plan for about eight months before joining LaunchPoint.

He got feedback from his colleagues along the way, and was able to pick up the phone and call Weiner and other PMs for guidance when he needed it.

Newman still hears Weiner's guidance in his head "every single day" regarding lessons he learned during the program.

The program is phenomenal at finding your weaknesses or areas that you could be adjusting, according to Newman.
