Para acceder a tus cuentas y operaciones financieras, puedes descargar la app Compartamos Móvil, que te permite consultar saldos y movimientos de tus cuentas de ahorro, crédito y seguros, realizar pagos de crédito y recargas electrónicas, y hacer transferencias entre cuentas Compartamos y a otros bancos.

Puedes enviar dinero desde Compartamos Banco a otras cuentas mexicanas de 3 formas: de manera presencial desde una oficina, a través del portal de banca online (Compartamos Net), o utilizando la app para el celular de esta entidad (Compartamos Móvil).

Para enviar dinero en una oficina, debes dirigirte a la oficina más próxima, esperar tu turno para ser atendido, indicar al agente que quieres enviar una transferencia SPEI, facilitarle los datos del destinatario, especificar el importe a transferir, hacer el pago o indicar que retiren el dinero de tu cuenta, y revisar que todo esté correcto y firmar el recibo.

Compartamos Banco no soporta transferencias internacionales, ya que no forma parte de la red SWIFT.
