Mittal was named winner of the 2020 U.S. Morningstar Award for Investing Excellence in the Rising Talent category.

He serves on the board of Orangewood Foundation.

Daniel J. Ivascyn is a highly accomplished investment professional with 33 years of experience. He joined PIMCO in 1998.

Prior to PIMCO, Ivascyn worked at Bear Stearns in the asset-backed securities group, and also at T. Rowe Price and Fidelity Investments.

He is Group Chief Investment Officer and a managing director in the Newport Beach office, leading portfolio managers for the firm's income, credit hedge fund, and mortgage opportunistic strategies.

Ivascyn is also a member of PIMCO's Executive Committee and a member of the Investment Committee.
