Curtis joins from Compass Datacenters, where he was co-founder, principal, and SVP of development and acquisitions.

He was responsible for developing and managing build-to-suit real estate projects nationwide for 13 years prior to his time at Compass.

Curtis will report to Damon Austin, Prologis’ global head of customer-led development.
