Paying your credit card bills from home is easier than you think. You can do it through the BDO online or mobile banking account, without leaving the house.

To start, you'll need to enroll BDO as a biller in your online or mobile banking account. This is a one-time procedure that allows you to pay your BDO credit card bills conveniently. To enroll BDO as a biller, open the BDO mobile app, tap the “MORE” tab at the bottom, and select “Enrollment Services.”

The enrollment process is straightforward: choose “Enroll Company/Biller,” select “BDO Credit Card Peso Payment to Peso Card,” and enter your 16-digit BDO credit card number, subscriber name, and preferred nickname. Review and confirm the details to complete the enrollment.

Once you've enrolled BDO as a biller, you can pay your BDO credit card bills through the BDO mobile app or online banking website. To pay your bill, open the BDO mobile app, tap the “PAY BILLS” tab, and select “Pay Bills using Deposit Account.” Then, enter the payment information, including the pay from account, pay this company/biller, payment schedule, amount, and remarks.

After successfully paying your BDO credit card bill, you'll receive an email from BDO confirming the transaction. The email contains the details of your payment, including the transaction reference number. To check if your payment has been posted to your BDO credit card account, enroll your credit card to BDO online banking, which will give you access to your credit card details.

Smart (SMS-Based) allows instant access to your BDO deposit accounts using a SMART or Talk ‘N Text mobile phone. You can view the actual balance of your enrolled Checking or Savings Account, transfer money to your own enrolled BDO bank accounts, reload prepaid (SMART, Talk ‘N Text, Globe and TM), and reload SMART Money Card (for SMART and selected Talk ‘N Text mobile phones).

To set up BDO Mobile Banking on your Smart cellphone, you'll need to enroll in BDO Internet Banking first. This requires logging in with your existing user ID and password, going to Enrollment Services > Mobile Banking > Enroll, entering your mobile banking number and nominating your Mobile PIN (m-PIN), and clicking Submit.

After online enrollment, you'll need to activate Mobile Banking on your mobile phone. This involves going to SMART Menu, choosing Mobile Banking, selecting Activate Bank, choosing m-PIN, entering BDO as the Bank Code, and entering your m-PIN.
