The AIIB Graduate Program is now open for applications, and this is a great opportunity for young professionals to kick-start their careers in international development finance.

The program is designed for recent graduates with a master's degree or a bachelor's degree with at least two years of relevant work experience.

You'll have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals from over 85 member countries, gaining valuable insights and skills in areas such as project management, financial analysis, and policy development.

The program is a two-year full-time position, and you'll be based in Beijing, China, with the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across the Asia-Pacific region.

Investment Analyst

As an Investment Analyst at AIIB, you'll be working with a team to originate and execute debt, equity, and capital market investments. You'll be responsible for assisting project team leaders in making investment decisions.

You'll be working with various clients, including financial institutions and funds, to expand AIIB's client relationships and meet clients' needs by unlocking new capital and investing in infrastructure. This includes investment in Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and other structured products.

As an Investment Analyst, you'll be expected to assist in the origination and execution of debt market investments, equity market investments, and/or capital market investments. This could include loans, guarantees, indirect equity investments, direct equity investments, corporate bonds, green bonds, project bonds, and other asset-backed securities.
